THE FLATS, the second phase to House 57 will create a campus like feel to the corner of 62nd and 57th ave. A smaller scale building with amenities that include backyards and shared amenities with House 57 which include rooftop spas, summer kitchen and garden. Like House 57, The Flats, consists of dwellings of 3 and 4 bedrooms, each having its own private bathroom, as well as common kitchen, dining and living room area.
